Kevin has a degree in Criminal Justice and over 40 years of experience in the investigation of fires in both the public and private sectors. He also reviews vendor reports as part of the vetting process for Fire Analysis. He is a current member of the International Association of Arson Investigators, Inc., the Missouri Chapter of IAAI, and a past president and life member of the Iowa Chapter of IAAI. He is also past president and current board member of the Professional Fire & Fraud Investigators Association. He was a member of the Technical Committee for NFPA 1033 Standard for Professional Qualifications for Fire Investigators. He has testified in both Federal and State courts and has qualified as an Expert Witness in numerous trials and depositions. Prior to purchasing FCII, he was a Senior Special Investigator for the company. He spent 28 years in the Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company SIU where he was a member of the management team supervising investigators, reviewing reports, and marketing the SIU to potential customers. He is also an experienced instructor, having taught numerous topics of fire investigation, handling evidence, fraud investigations, and continuing education for agents and adjusters. He is a member of the IASIU and is a Certified Insurance Fraud Investigator.

As a co-owner of FCII since 2025, Judy is committed to providing exceptional customer service while supporting insurance adjusters, investigators, and the administrative team. Judy brings more than 20 years of experience owning and operating small businesses across multiple industries and states. Her professional background includes extensive experience in office management, payroll administration, legal research, and developing policies and procedures for both public and private sector organizations. She now applies her extensive business experience and operational expertise to leading the company and rebuilding it as a trusted partner in the industry. Judy is also a member of the Missouri Chapter of IAAI.

Bradly is a Special Investigator credentialed in the State of Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. As a Special Investigator with FCII, he investigates fire origin and cause implementing the scientific method, conducts personal interviews, documents and collects critical evidence, and continues to train to stay ahead of ever-changing industry standards. Before joining FCII, Bradly was an Engine Company Captain and Fire Investigator for a full-time fire department. He served in the Southwest Missouri Fire Service for 17 years and served honorably in the US Army 82nd Airborne Division prior to that. Bradly is also an active member of the Professional Fire and Fraud Investigators Association (PFFIA), the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI), the Missouri Chapter of the IAAI, the Missouri State Fire Marshals Association, and the National Association of Fire Investigators.
Fire Analysis Assignment Coordinator · IAAI Member
Sandy has over 30 years' experience in insurance claims management, process improvement, marketing, and customer service. She is the primary coordinator of investigator assignments for FireAnalysis.net. She also handles vendor accounts and provides interactive training with adjusters and fire investigators regarding the database and report review process. Sandy's duties include interaction with clients, coordination of the vetting process, and onboarding of new clients and adjusters.
Office Administrator
Michelle manages essential administrative operations including client communication, investigator support, and assignment coordination. She handles phone inquiries, monitors company email, facilitates file sharing with clients, and processes invoices alongside final investigative reports. Her expertise in organizational management, attention to detail, and precise communication is a valuable asset to our investigative operations.

Shane has dedicated two decades to managing and enhancing the company's IT infrastructure with a focus on reliability and performance. He specializes in maintaining network systems, implementing security solutions, transforming manual processes into efficient digital workflows, and is cross-trained in assignment coordination.
